Check-out is before 12 noon.

Two adults only, no children or pets.

All cottages are non-smoking

DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST

FROM EUREKA SPRINGS, TAKE HWY 62 WEST TO THE WEST EDGE OF TOWN TO RAZORBACK GIFT SHOP. GO 4 1/2 MILES PAST GIFT SHOP. KATIE WILLOW ENTRANCE ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROAD, LARGE SIGN AT DRIVE-WAY CANOT MISS IT. OUR GRAVEL ROAD TO THE COTTAGES IS 1/2 MILE LONG, DOWN AROUND THE MOUNTAINSIDE. ALONG THE WAY TO THE COTTAGES YOU WILL SEE THE OLD ROCK COTTAGE, THIS WONDERFUL OLD ROCK HOUSE WAS BUILT 1930S AND SERVES AS OUR CHECK-IN OFFICE.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST

FROM I-540 TAKE EXIT 86 ONTO HWY 62 EAST AND GO 30 MILES. YOU WILL CROSS THE WHITE RIVER THE ONLY RIVER YOU WILL CROSS, 2 MILES PASSED THE RIVER, KATIE
WILLOW ENTRANCE ON LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD, LARGE SIGN AT DRIVEWAY CANNOT
MISS IT. OUR GRAVEL ROAD TO THE COTTAGES IS 1/2 MILE LONG DOWN AROUND THE MOUNTAINSIDE. ALONG THE WAY TO THE COTTAGES YOU WILL SEE THE OLD ROCK COTTAGE. THIS WONDERFUL OLD ROCK HOUSE WAS BUILT IN THE 1930S AND SERVES AS OUR CHECK-IN OFFICE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy is intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent an excessive loss of income to our business. Our private location is an advantage while you are here, but it also makes it difficult for us to re-book rooms on short notice, and once we reserve a cottage for you, we remove it from the market refusing all other requests.

Accordingly, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone and receive a cancellation number at least fifteen (15) days prior to your original arrival date and your deposit will either be refunded to you less a 15% cancellation fee or you may apply your full deposit to another available date once. If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 15 days notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date only if we are able to re-book all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any days that we were unable to re-book with the remainder refunded to you less a 15% cancellation fee. All rescheduling is subject to availability

There are no refunds for early departure.

Inclement Weather Policy. If you are unable to get here due to impassable roads, you may apply your deposit to another stay subject to availability .

Active Duty Military Policy. If you are unable to get here due to involuntary deployment, you may apply your deposit to another stay subject to availability.
